According to the “CEOs Change Makers” Latin America Ranking, compiled by Horse, an Argentine strategy consulting firm, Jacqueline Samira, the Founder & CEO of Howdy.com, ranks 48th among the top 100 CEO change makers in Latin America.

This unique ranking, created exclusively using Big Data, acknowledges the public initiatives undertaken by the region’s top executives who actively engage in promoting discussions on key aspects of the corporate agenda at a global scale. These CEOs have a significant positive impact on society.

The study used artificial intelligence to examine the performance of leaders across various dimensions, including innovation, sustainability and the environment, diversity and inclusion, and talent and work-life balance. The analysis encompassed media coverage and social media discussions. Over the past 12 months, the study processed a staggering 70 million newspaper articles from 90 prominent news portals in Argentina, Brazil, Central America, the Caribbean, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Additionally, it evaluated more than 1 million conversations on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Jacqueline Samira, Founder & CEO of Howdy.com, not only secured an impressive 48th position in this significant ranking but also stood out as one of the mere 24 women featured on the list. Her remarkable accomplishment is a testament to her exceptional leadership and indicates a significant journey ahead towards achieving gender equality in senior leadership positions within companies.

“The common denominator among these 100 leaders is their departure from traditional communication paradigms. It is no longer sufficient for CEOs to speak solely when it serves their business interests. The emerging leadership model expects them to proactively address issues that contribute to a better society,” commented Cristian Marchiaro and Juan Pablo Daniello, founders of Horse.

At Howdy, we are passionate about nurturing the growth of women leaders in the dynamic world of technology. It fills us with immense joy and pride to witness Jacqueline’s exceptional journey and the impact she has made. Her tireless dedication and remarkable accomplishments have paved the way for aspiring women in the field, serving as an inspiration to all.

Jacqueline’s recognition is a testament to her unwavering commitment and the incredible strides she has made in driving positive change. We continue to champion the advancement of women in technology, creating a future where their talents and contributions are celebrated and valued.
