With more than seven years of experience, the focus has been on understanding and enhancing society through design. The main drive is discovering straightforward solutions to genuine problems and facilitating business leverage. Previous projects include developing citizen communication tools for the executive branch, aiming to enhance civic engagement at both city and state levels. These projects required deploying skills in research processes, benchmarking, conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, mapping user journeys, and crafting prototypes at various fidelity levels. Continuously seeking opportunities to apply knowledge and abilities to projects capable of delivering positive societal impacts.
