With over nine years of experience in Commercial Automation, Legal Solutions, and Procurement (B2B) projects, the professional journey encompasses various roles, ranging from support to implementation consultancy. A strong interest in Project Management led to a position as a Software Implementation Project Analyst, following completion of a Project Management course aligned with PMI certification standards. Entrepreneurial ambitions resulted in the establishment of two restaurants in Jundiaí. The return to the corporate sphere saw roles as Project and Services Manager, transitioning to a Project Manager role for approximately one and a half years, and subsequently advancing to a Technical Manager position, overseeing Support, QA, and Product teams. Most recently, responsibilities included serving as a Project Manager and Development Team Leader, focusing on maintenance items and the implementation of product improvements.
