Initiated a professional career as an intern and advanced to a role as a process analyst, utilizing tools such as Orquestra BPMS and Zeev BPMS to develop workflows, automate processes, and implement systems for clients. This position underscored the critical role of data in analyzing and enhancing sector performance, prompting further education in Data Analytics with an emphasis on Power BI. The drive to improve client services led to acquiring programming skills for tailored form creation. Transitioned to a data-focused role, leveraging extensive expertise with enterprise tools to lead projects, deliver Tableau training sessions, and create customized dashboards for clients.
