Daily responsibilities encompass working with SQLServer to adjust procedures, views, triggers, and functions to ensure the optimal performance of an integration tool that connects various sales channels, such as Vtex, Magento, OCC, Tray, and Wake, with clients' ERP/POS systems, including Linx, Microvix, EasyLinx, Senior, and Zonesoft. Proficiency in C# is evidenced through contributions to pull requests, code improvements, and corrections.Zendesk is utilized for internal ticketing and customer interaction, while ServiceNow is used specifically for a client requiring integration between this platform and Zendesk. Collaboration with the implementation team is key to assisting and gaining a better understanding of client implementations, thereby effectively communicating relevant information to the support and development teams.Expertise includes SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, C#, LINQ, Dapper, and MVC API Rest.
