For Vivo Money, led the complete redesign of the entire product, conducted heuristic analysis of user journeys, and carried out benchmarking and discovery for redesigns and new features. Took initiative in leading Design System efforts and designed backoffice systems including a sales funnel dashboard and customer service tools.
At Cruzeiro do Sul, focused on prototyping and wireframing for backoffice systems, such as student selective process tools and course parameterizers. Managed multiple Discovery and User Research processes for new features and the restructuring of the Design System.
Currently working on Coca-Cola - En tu Hogar, responsible for prototyping and wireframing a marketplace product covering Coca-Cola's entire range of products and beverages. Prototyped in Spanish and conducted multiple Discovery and User Research processes for new features. Built a Design System and emphasized user testing and data-driven design. Demonstrated collaborative skills by working cross-platform with multiple teams.
