Ensuring high standards of availability, performance, and security for all software infrastructure components, including cloud services, virtualization, servers, storage solutions, disaster recovery, backups, dealerboard trading rooms, and telephony voice recorders, are fundamental aspects of the role.

Proficient in troubleshooting and conducting technical root cause analyses for performance issues, and skilled in workload allocation and project design. Experience collaborating with software architects and developers to define cloud architecture, leveraging extensive knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms.

Familiar with IT governance and controls, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, G3 Nexus, and GIT. Practical experience spans Windows and Unix environments, including SQL Server, Oracle, Control-M, MQ, Jira, G3 Nexus, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Web applications. Knowledgeable in the SAFe agile framework, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, and skilled in ITIL methodologies covering change, incident, and problem management.

Also versed in PMI Project Management, Prince2 agile methodology, Lean, Scrum, and Six Sigma at the green belt level. Management of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure system operability and performance is a core competency. Additionally, possesses a comprehensive understanding of banking and trading products, including derivatives, fixed income, futures exchanges, and treasury markets.
