Bigworld

BigWorld is a game development tool for building massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs). The engine was first developed in Australia in the late 1990s as a way to reduce the time and cost of building large-scale online worlds. Utilizing client-server architecture, BigWorld provides tools for creating virtual environments with advanced graphics, animation systems, and scalable content management. It can handle thousands of concurrent players within its Persistent World Engine and has been used by developers to create titles such as World of Tanks.
