Xenko is a cross-platform video game development engine for 2D and 3D games. The engine supports both C# and Visual Studio as well as an open-source feature through the MIT license. Xenko offers high-performance graphics capabilities and tools for real-time rendering, physics simulation, audio management, animation support, and VR API integration. The engine formerly known as Paradox before its acquisition by Silicon Studio in 2015 has been used in indie to middle-market productions across platforms including Windows, PlayStation 4, iOS or Android with plans to work on the Xbox One.
