ISETLW is a programming language based on the set-theoretic language ISETL. It retains much of its parent's syntax and semantics but adds support for object-oriented programming features. In ISETLW, objects are made up of sets and functions that act as methods for manipulating those sets — making it a highly abstract language that closely aligns with mathematical concepts. This programming environment was created to facilitate easier teaching and understanding of advanced computer science principles without needing to rely too heavily on specific syntax or low-level operations typically found in more traditional languages.
