HR Trainee

HR Trainees are employees who undergo on-the-job training to learn about the different facets of human resources. Their main responsibilities include learning and implementing HR policies, procedures, and regulations; assisting with recruitment activities such as job postings, interviewing candidates, and performing background checks; maintaining employee records; conducting orientations for new hires; supporting performance management processes by helping to assess staff performance and participating in career development initiatives. The trainees may work closely with HR managers or other senior team members to develop a well-rounded understanding of how an HR department operates within the broader organizational structure.
