Program Managers oversee multiple projects with the aim of improving an organization’s performance and achieving strategic objectives. They ensure that projects in the program align with the company's goals, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Program Managers also manage interdependencies between projects to minimize risk and optimize resources across the program portfolio. Part of their role is to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, mitigate potential issues, facilitate communication among stakeholders at all levels and provide guidance to project managers under their supervision.
