Netbalancer

NetBalancer is a network management software for Windows. The tool lets users monitor and control their network activity by setting download/upload transfer rate priorities for running applications or by managing the bandwidth consumed by different processes in real time. NetBalancer provides a visual chart that shows all traffic passing through the computer's network card, and allows users to set upload/download transfer rate limits on a per-application basis, ensuring that critical applications have enough bandwidth to function properly without being slowed down by others consuming too much of the available connection speed. It can also be used to limit data usage when connected to mobile hotspots or networks with limited bandwidth caps.
